- All orders are made fresh to order and require advance notice.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup or delivery may be eligible for store credit. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Grazing table deposits are non-refundable.
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take care in preparation, our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a completely allergy-free environment.
- Product substitutions may occasionally occur due to seasonal availability or supplier shortages. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater quality.
- For best quality and food safety, refrigerate upon receipt and consume within 48 hours.
- Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the customer.
